- Attendance at Bi-weekly journal clubs

- Participation at CITF-IRTG Annual Meetings & Symposia
- Organization and Participation in CITF Outreach and Public Engagement Activities
- Professional Development Workshops:
- EDI Training (Required for all trainees)
- Scientific Writing (Required for all trainees)
- Scientific Misconduct / Professionalism (Required for all trainees)
- Entrepreneurship (Required for trainees in the Entrepreneurship Stream)
- Intellectual Property (Required for trainees in the Entrepreneurship Stream)
- Additional Elective PD Workshops (2 Required for All Trainees)
